Access the SharePoint site

Access to the SharePoint site is restricted by invitation only. If you received the invite via email, you may follow these steps to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your account in order to access the site:

  1. Invitation Link: Select the invitation link you received via email. The first time you do so, a permissions prompt similar to the following screenshot will appear. Read through the permissions then select Accept.



     
  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication: You may be prompted to enable 2FA. Please follow the steps on each screen and select Next.

Note: It is easiest to set up using the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app, available for Android and iOS devices.

  1. Login: Once 2FA is configured, you will be prompted with a test login. Enter the displayed number on your mobile authenticator app and select Next.




 

  1. Access the SharePoint Site: You should then be redirected to the SharePoint site.
