How to Review & Filter Building Info by MEP

ASSESSMENT tab > Campuses and Buildings > Building Information

  1. When users are on the Building Information page, select on the MEP option to navigate to the MEP screen:

  2. Each assessor will have their own person tab for their account in the MEP screen. They will be able to review other accessor's MEP form if applicable:

  3. Assessors can attach necessary files to each line item using the MANAGE FILES options in the MEP screen:

  4. Fill in necessary information in the MEP screen. Select the SAVE option when done making changes:

  5. Close the MEP screen by selecting the X option:

  6. Check the MEP checkbox if data has been input in the MEP screen:

  7. The MEP status in the building list will turn green if the MEP checkbox is checked and SAVE:
