How to Manage Files for Buildings

ASSESSMENT tab > Campuses and Buildings

Users can review and add document attachments at any time to any room deficiency.

Reviewing Uploaded Attachments:

  1. When users are in the Building Information page, select the MANAGE FILES option to navigate to the Manage Files screen:

  2. Users can review all documents already uploaded to a room deficiency. The list of documents is displayed under Section 3 Uploaded Documents of the Manage Files screen.

  3. If users want to download the uploaded document, select the DOWNLOAD option:

Uploading New Attachments:

  1. In the Manage Files screen, select the CHOOSE FILES option and search for the document on user's computer

  2. After selecting a file, select the UPLOAD option to upload the file:

  3. Once the UPLOAD option is selected, the file will be attached to the Manage File screen and  displayed under Section 3 Uploaded Documents of the Manage Files screen:

  4. Users can add comment, change the file type, download, and delete any attachment:

  5. Users will have to select the SAVE option to save any upload, modification, and deletion:
