Users can review and add document attachments at any time to any room deficiency.
Reviewing Uploaded Attachments:
When users are in the Building Information page, select the MANAGE FILES option to navigate to the Manage Files screen.
- Users can review all documents already uploaded to a room deficiency. The list of documents is displayed under Section 3 Uploaded Documents of the Manage Files screen.
- If users want to download the uploaded document, select the DOWNLOAD option.
Uploading New Attachments:
- In the Manage Files screen, select the CHOOSE FILES option and search for the document on user's computer.
- After selecting a file, select the UPLOAD option to upload the file.
- Once the UPLOAD option is selected, the file will be attached to the Manage File screen and displayed under Section 3 Uploaded Documents of the Manage Files screen.
- Users can add comment, change the file type, download, and delete any attachment.
- Users will have to select the SAVE option to save any upload, modification, and deletion.
