How to Update and Save Existing Projects

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE tab

Select Project

Select Project that needs to be updated/edited from the Project Summary List

Update/Edit Project Details

In the project detail screen, you can make changes to Project Title, Category and other fields under Project Information, Funding, Funding Breakdown and Location Details sections

Save Updated Project

Once you make changes to the existing project, select the Save option on the top right to save the changes made to the project

Move Projects to current or future year

You can move one or additional projects from the current year to the future year or vice versa. Select one or additional projects that you want to move by selecting the checkbox located in front of each row in the Project Summary list

Move Project(s)

After selecting the project(s), select Move Projects option on the right top of Project Summary List

Submit Scheduled Maintenance

You can submit the Scheduled Maintenance plan for FPU review by selecting the Submit option in the Scheduled Maintenance Status section
