To run space inventory reports, first navigate to the main Space Inventory page by selecting the Space Inventory option on the navigation menu:
District Space Inventory Reports
To run a report for the entire district, from the main space inventory screen, select the Select Report drop-down menu and select a report:
Campus Space Inventory Report
To run a report for the entire campus, from the main space inventory screen, select the Campuses, Buildings, and Rooms option:
Select the Campus Information tab, select the Select Report drop-down menu, and choose a report:
Building Space Inventory Report
To run a report for a building, from the main space inventory screen, select the Campuses, Buildings, and Rooms option:
Select the Building Information tab, select the Select Report drop-down menu, and choose a report:
Report Formats
You can select the Report Format to display the report in a different file format:
- PDF - display the report in a PDF format on the screen (can be downloaded using standard browser functionality)
- Excel - report is not displayed on the screen and automatically downloads to the user's computer.
