The Space Inventory helps you manage the campuses, buildings, and rooms in each building. For each room you can indicate the Assignable Square Footage (ASF). You can display a summary at the building or campus level which displays the total ASF.
Campus ASF Summary
To review the ASF Summary for the entire campus, select the CAMPUS INFORMATION tab and then select the CAMPUS ASF option:
This will display a summary report of ASF for the entire campus by Title V Category and Lab TOP Code:
Building ASF Summary
To review the ASF Summary for a building, select the BUILDING INFORMATION tab and then select the BUILDING ASF option:
