In order to make a change to a project that has already been approved, you must follow the change request process. To create a change request, select the Change Requests option for the project:
Create a new change request by adding a change request title and description. Select the Create Change Request option to begin the change request process:
By creating a change request, you have generated a draft version of the project. Select the Load option to review the draft version and make changes:
Once you have made all your changes to the draft version of the project, select the Submit option in the Change Request Status section:
This will move the change request to the Submitted status for review by an FPU Admin:
