After a bond has been created and funds allocated to the bond, you can assign that bond to appropriated funds. To begin assigning a bond, select the Manage Funds option from the main menu:
On the Manage Funds main screen, select the Assign Bonds option:
Select the bonds you wish to assign, as well as the Months to Encumber and Months to Liquidate values for each bond. Then select the Link/Unlink Bonds option:
Once the assignment is approved, select the Approve option:
This will automatically create the Appropriations Number for the assignment:
