As an FPU Administrator, you must create a new spending plan each fiscal year. To begin creating the spending plan, select the Spending Plan menu option at the top of the screen:
Once you are on the Spending Plan screen, select the Create Plan option to create a new spending plan. The system will automatically create a spending plan for the next fiscal year:

Once the spending plan is created, details of the various projects and their statuses will be displayed. The spending plan displays highlighted dollar amounts that are allocated to the fiscal year you have selected:
