- When a user creates a quarterly report for a project that has appropriation approved, the Release Amount in the quarterly report for that project will populate the latest encumbered amount for each phase regardless of expiration dates
- An editable textbox that will auto-populate the year of Budget Act has been added to the DF-14D in Section 1 (review the following picture)
- When a user generates DF-14D report for a project that has appropriation approved, the verbiage “Chap. 23/19, 6870-301-6087 (2) C” will no longer be populated in the DF-14D report and will be replaced by the year of Budget Act.
- An indictor field named “Is there a reappropriation?” is now available in the invoice screen to show users if a project has any kind of reappropriation within the project phase
- An editable textbox has been added to the following invoice screen the “Is there a reappropriation?” field for users to enter notes if needed (review the following pictured)
- The amounts to withdraw from certificates input by FPU when approving invoices will now be populated at the bottom of Page 1 of invoice reports
- Only users with District Admin role can now submit 5 Year Plan, Space Inventory Plan, and Scheduled Maintenance Plan to FPU
- Planning change request records from Legacy system are now available as a list display in FUSION
- District users are able to reassign campuses of existing capital outlay projects
- Users can now add new room information line in the Space Inventory module by using the “Tab” key
- Users can now re-import room information in JCAF31 using the new Re-import option (review the following picture)
