The purpose of the Initial Project Proposal (IPP) Form is to introduce the concept and impacts on space intended by each project proposal so that efforts can be made to determine which projects should continue into additional detailed planning and development. You can complete the new IPP Form online, save, and print for mailing. To begin, select the IPP Form option in the Project Information section of the main project screen:

Project Overview
At the top of the IPP Form are the main project details and an overview of the project funding. If you need to change any of these details, visit the relevant section or form for the project.
Provide Detailed Project Description
In the available text box, provide a detailed description of the project and all pertinent information supporting the project's approval:
Provide CEQA Status
Complete the section required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) that describes the current status of the environmental impact analysis and resulting Environmental Impact Report (EIR):
Project Type and Qualifying Information
Complete the Type of Project and Qualifying Information section of the IPP form. This section is a series of Yes/No and multi-select options that will be used to produce the printed version of the IPP form.
Save and Print IPP Form
When you have completed the IPP Form, select the Save option at the bottom. You can now print the form using the Print option at the top of the page:
