Main Project Screen
Once your project has been created, you will be taken to the main project screen. From here you can update information about the project, manage buildings, add comments, attach documents, and take other actions.
Project Score
The Project Score section displays the project's current score and the scoring categories. You can select the Details option to display additional information about the project's current score and scoring criteria:

When you select the Details option in the Project Score section, you can review descriptions of the different scoring criteria, the project's current score, and the maximum possible score for each criteria:
About Project
In the About Project section, you can review the basic information of your project. This includes the Project Title, Delivery Type, Category, Occupancy Year, and Campus. You are unable to edit the Delivery Type, Campus, or Occupancy Year fields.
NOTE: If you selected the incorrect Campus for your project, you may need to delete the project and create a new project for the correct Campus.
Project Description
You can update the Project Description directly on the main project screen. Select the Save option to update the project description:
Comments/Notes
In the Comments/Notes section, you can review comments and notes from other users as well as add a new comment. To add a new comment, simply begin typing in the text box and select the Save option when you are finished.
Attachments
In the Attachments section, you can review attachments/documents that have been added to the project. From the main project screen, select the Manage Documents option to add attachments.
To add a new attachment, select the Attach option:
Documents can also be attached by selecting the Manage Documents option to add attachments.
Add New Attachment
After you select the Attach option, you can attach a new file by taking the following steps:
- Select the Browse option and search for the file(s) you want to attach.
- Select the Upload option to upload your selected files.
3. Add any comments/notes about each file you uploaded and select the Type of attachment.
4. Select the Save option to save your attachments to the project.
5. Select the option to return to the main project screen.
Project Information Entry
The Project Information Entry section includes links to the different forms and information you will need to complete before you can submit your project for approval.
