PLANNING tab
The Day Enrollment data tables describe the percentage of students enrolling in day classes across the district.
Manage Enrollments/Load
To begin managing the enrollments/load of the plan, select the Distribute Enrollment task on the plan's home page:
Apply Starting Year
At the top of the Manage Enrollments/Load screen, enter the starting year for your plan and select the Apply Starting Year option:
Manage Day Enrollment Distribution
Once you select the starting year, this will adjust the Manage Enrollments/Load page to display 10 years of data from the starting year you selected. To update the Day Enrollment data for the plan, select the Day Enrollment option at the top of the page:
Updating the Day Enrollment Percentage for the District
In the first data table, you can update the Day Enrollment percentage for the entire district. You can enter either the percentage of day enrollment or the exact day enrollment number. Updating one value automatically calculates the other:
Updating the Day Enrollment Percentage for Each Campus
After you have updated the total percentage of day enrollment for the district (74% in the example above), you must distribute that enrollment across all campuses.
Day Enrollment Percentage Validation
If you attempt to enter day enrollment values that don't equal 100%, the system will display a validation message when you try to save:
Updating the FTEF
The system tracks the Full Time Equivalent Faculty (FTEF) counts for each campus. You can update the FTEF by selecting the FTEF number for that year:
This will display a table where you can enter the instructional and non-instructional full-time equivalent (FTE) positions for faculty. The table will calculate the total FTEF based on the data entered, including:
- Number of instructor FTEs
- Number of counselor FTEs
- Number of department administrator FTEs
- Number of librarian FTEs
- Number of institutional administrator FTEs
- Number of non-instructional FTEs
Once you have made your updates to the table, select the Save option:
