PLANNING tab > Select Project Title
To edit the project funding sources, select the Locally Funded/Future Project Budget option in Project Information section:
Update the State Funded and Non State Funded totals for each project phase and select Save when done:
Select the Go Back option to return to the main project screen.
Cost Estimate: Update JCAF 32 and QUC
An accurate completed Cost Estimate (JCAF 32), indexed to the appropriate time period, including the Quantities and Unit Costs (QUC) supporting the JCAF 32 is required for all projects. To update the JCAF 32 and QUC, select the Manage JCAF 32 option from the Project Information section on the main project screen:
Cost Estimate Worksheet
Update the Cost Estimate Worksheet for the project. Once you have completed the cost estimate worksheet, select the Save option.
Cost Estimate Worksheet Navigation
The Cost Estimate Worksheet screen has some navigation tools that allow you to change the review of the cost worksheet.
Funding Detail Columns
At the top of the screen, you can select from four main detail views of the Cost Estimate Worksheet:
- All - this displays columns for the Estimate Cost, Budget Cost, and Mid Point Cost
- Estimate - this displays only the Estimate Cost column
- Budget - this displays the Estimate Cost compared to the Budget Cost
- Mid Point - this displays the Estimate Cost compared to the Mid Point Cost
Recalculate Option
After you have made updates to the Cost Estimate Worksheet, you can select the Recalculate option to recalculate the entire worksheet:
Review Header
By selecting the Header option, you can review and update other project details in a header row:
Summary Review
By selecting the Summary review option in the top right of the screen, the worksheet displays cost totals at the Cost Category level and hides all other details:
JCAF 32 Review
By selecting the JCAF 32 View option in the top right of the screen, the worksheet displays cost totals for each Cost Category and Sub-Categories:
Detail View
By selecting the Detail View option in the top right of the screen, the worksheet displays full details:
Export to Microsoft Excel Document
You can export the Cost Estimate Worksheet to Microsoft Excel by selecting on the Excel icons in the top right of the screen. You can export the Cost Estimate Worksheet containing Summary, Budget, or Mid Point details:
Save Cost Estimate
When you have completed the Cost Estimate (JCAF 32 and QUC) worksheet, select the Save option. Select the Go Back option to return to the main project screen.
