WSCH
The Weekly Student Contact Hours (WSCH) is the number of students in the program multiplied by the number of hours students spend in the program. The system automatically calculates the WSCH for the entire plan. The WSCH then needs to be manually distributed across each campus.
Manage Enrollments/Load
To begin managing the enrollments/load of the plan, select the Distribute Enrollment task on the plan's home page:
Apply Starting Year
At the top of the Manage Enrollments/Load screen, enter the starting year for your plan and select the Apply Starting Year option:
Manage WSCH Distribution
Once you select the starting year, this will adjust the Manage Enrollments/Load page to display 10 years of data from the starting year you selected. To update the WSCH data for the plan, select the WSCH option at the top of the page:
This will display the WSCH data for the plan. The first row of data displays the WSCH for the entire district, followed by data tables for each campus in the plan. The following legend describes the highlighted tables in the following sample:
- Total WSCH for the entire plan/district.
- Total WSCH (as percentage of #1) distributed to the related campus.
- Total Off-Campus WSCH (as percentage of #2) distributed to the related campus.
- Total On-Campus WSCH (as percentage of #2) distributed to the related campus.
- Total On-Campus Lecture WSCH (as percentage of #4) distributed to the related campus.
- Total On-Campus Lab WSCH (as percentage of #4) distributed to the related campus.
- Total On-Campus PE WSCH (as percentage of #4) distributed to the related campus.
WSCH Data Tables Validation
