How to Add Plan Attachments

Each plan will have various supplemental documents and attachments related to the plan. You can review and add document attachments at any time.

 

Reviewing Plan Attachments

You can review all documents already uploaded to the plan on the plan's main home page. The list of documents is displayed in the following Attachments section the plan tasks in the right sidebar. Select the hyperlink in the Title column to download and review the document:

Adding Plan Attachments

You can add a document to the plan by selecting the bolded plan option in the plan tasks section:

On the document upload screen, you can add a new document in two ways:

  1. Select the Browse option and search for the document on your computer.
  2. Drag the document from your desktop or file folder directly into the browser window.

Once you have attached your documents, select the Upload option to upload the files to the plan:

When the upload is complete, a message indicating the file upload was successful will appear:

The document is now visible and able to be downloaded by other users. To download a document, select the "Download" option next to the document:

Adding Comments and Categorizing Documents

In the bottom section of the document upload screen, you can update the Title, add comments, and categorize each document. Once you have made your changes to the document(s), select the Save option at the bottom of the page:
