Plan Status, Lifecycle and Workflow Validation

Plan Status

As a plan moves through its lifecycle, the status of the plan will change. The plan status is displayed in the right sidebar of the plan's home page:

Plan Statuses and Actions

The plan lifecycle has the following statuses. A plan will move through each of these statuses and sometimes may move backward in the workflow based on approvals:

  1. In Progress
  2. Submitted to FPU
  3. In Review
  4. Plan Approved

 

Moving Plan to Next Status

When you are ready to move a plan to the next status, you simply select the action option in the Plan Status section of the plan's home screen:

Plan Workflow Validation

If you attempt to move a plan forward without completing the required tasks, the system will display a validation message informing you what information is missing:
